Venture Agreement

The Venture Agreement is an instrument that governs labour relations between the company and its employees in order to ensure the rights, duties, and obligations of both parties.

The Venture Agreement is endorsed by the company and unions – on behalf of employees –; therefore, it is only signed after both parties have agreed to it, since they are on an equal footing within the scope of contractual negotiations.

In addition to the Venture Agreement, for the purpose of governing labour relations, one must also observe the General Labour Law, which also governs the rights, duties, and obligations of both parties, in general terms, for all labour sectors.

Read the Venture Agreement here, which was published on Labour and Employment Bulletin No. 1, from January 8th, 1997, and applies to all employees unless changes have been made within the scope of the General Labour Law.
